We recommend annual maintenance for each of our spectrophotometers. Our service technicians will come to your premises or you can send your appliance to us. The standard maintenance package includes the replacement of wearing parts, a comprehensive functional check and a test report documenting the maintenance. We can provide further qualifications on request.

Diagnosis

In most cases, all you need to do is send us your device (please inform us beforehand by phone or e-mail), we will make the diagnosis and send it back to you repaired within a few days (no special accessories may be required).

Replacement/loan device

Do you need a replacement device during the repair period? No problem! Please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a loan device.

Remote Access Support

With a secure remote connection to your HunterLab spectrophotometer, our support specialists can communicate directly with you and your spectrophotometer. With integrated chat and file transfer functions, we support you with application questions and also with more complex tasks such as software/firmware updates and validation of device performance.

Fast, simple and uncomplicated remote maintenance. Our Aeros®, Agera®and Vista®spectrophotometers have the option of web-based customer support. With your approval, we can connect to your device in compliance and thus help you remotely with diagnostics, software updates or user training. HunterLab Remote Access Support (RAS) is included for the first year when purchasing one of the devices (Aeros®, Agera® or Vista®).
